Feelings!
Feelings!
You say I smother you too much.
But, how can I resist your unconditional touch?
For you are a part of me,
And that’s plain to see.
I know you think I’m also cold,
like 50 inches of snow.
But if you look a little deeper inside,
You will see my feelings do stack up high, high, high.
I don’t care what others may say or think about you.
And this remains very true.
Like the stars in the sky, high and low, near and afar.
I will always be near you, no matter where you are.
