Feelings

Anger.

Hatred.

Sadness.

Each day,

Driving past your house,

I'd always wonder,

Did you ever think about me?

Did you ever miss me?

'Course not 'cause you was never there

Never for me

Denied as an infant

Did it hurt when

You found out I was actually yours?

Feelings of resentment shoots at you

Can't help but wonder,

Why did you abandon me?

Why did you deny me?

I'll always love you through whatever

Regardless,

I am your daughter.
