Downhill in darkness yet uphill in battle

Spiraling, swirling, onward, away

Left long ago, yet comes back to stay

Harmless to someone who doesn't possess

Characteristics that tend to digress

Overwhelmed by overthinking

Under pressure, always sinking

Gone before someone can see

Yes, it works efficiently

Full of bliss, anonymous

Regarded with much ignorance

Though it isn't diagnosed

It's what needs a cure the most
