Many don't think about their heart,
Thumping
Bumping
Pulsing with feelings for those you love.
These feelings may make us gush,
it's okay to express it in a blush.
You can lie to others and say no,
but you know that isn't so.

If you find someone you want to be with,
don't hesitate to tell them.
Because a simple "I like you" can make a love stem.
I personally need to heed these words,
Even if sometimes it's hard wanting the feelings of love birds.
