Feelings through Words

Whenever I feel angry or upset,

When all I see is red.

When there is nothing left to do.

Writing is what I chose.

A release of emotions,

A flow and ebb of motions.

After the final mark,

I know I’ve told all in my heart.

And now the sweet sensation of calm.

I release pen from palm.

For now the story is written.

It is something I must live in.

Like when I feel alone.

And there is no one else to phone.

I let it all out by writing,

Yes, that is how I keep fighting.
