FEELINGS YOU CAN'T EXPLAIN

Anger is a useless emotion
It does nothing but hurt
Especially the one who is angry
Because it's external and internal

Anger is red like a burning flame
Quick to burn but easy enough to stop
Unless it's an inferno
Because that shit doesn't quit

Anger is pain that hurts your soul
It festers and grows like a weed in flowers
And it blocks out light and causes death
To anything that stands in its path

Anger is not easily escaped
For those who have fallen into its clutches
It turns a soft hand into a fist
And a caress into a resounding slap

Anger is a useless emotion
I pity a person who chooses it
Over the one that they cherished
Because it always wins and then there is emptiness

Anger sucks in a dual way
It's awful and harsh and hard and cruel
But it also has the ability to evaporate  out any source of joy
Because anger and heat coincide
