Femme Phenomenal

You hope and pray for pink, but the outcome is black. You contemplate on what life is going to bring you tomorrow. You tell yourself you're pretty knowing that it's an understatement. You're beautiful. The compliments that everyone gives to you are the ones that brighten your day. You can't seem to look in the mirror and tell yourself that you're beautiful. You are intelligent. You are not to be mistaken as a statistic of our society. Yes, you are black, but your black is not like any other black. Baby girl, your black don't crack, your blacks not wack, your black does not go out and let what other people say get to you, your black is inevitable, your black is real. Trust me baby girl, your black is Femme Phenomenal.
