Fiction's Expiration

Society swarms us with expectations

Like regulations

By which we should live our lives.

How can you become an attraction

When you're such an irritation;

For what things should you even strive?

Everyday feels like an audition

Approach the judgements with caution

They make you feel anything but alive.

With wishes of transformation

And constant desires of correction,

Within a tornado it's hard to thrive.

Everywhere you are given a description,

Learn to avoid the exfoliation

Of simple flaws in your life.

The time has come for an expiration

Of hiding flaws to gain the fiction.

No more should people hear your cries.

In this world i am an exception,

A unique creation,

My time has finally arrived.
