Fidelity

Fidelity

A leash on a wild dog

A contract we both signed but never read

A bubble we trap ourselves in

A rope keeping us on the best path as we sail

A pair of reigns on a Mustang

A Format to a free write

A Government to anarchy

A lock on a once open door

A stop sign on the freeway

An ever-changing maze

A filter on adult swim

A dictionary missing definitions

A recipe without instructions

A lighthouse unable to find your ship

A fairytale missing some of the details

A bible to an atheist being held at gunpoint

Fidelity

Orbis Unum

I am a visual art student in NY but love to dip my toes in writing in my spare time. I write about my mental illness and life experiences as well as the beauty life holds.
