The Fight


What is this that I see?

A monster that is free

To take control of it myself

I might need some help

It doesn't seem right

That we should have to fight

It just seems unfair

That I alone care

Oh, what have we done

When did we hide from the sun?

<p>It seems we meet again</p><p>A part of me, I see in him</p><p>Yet he is only a man</p><p>A man alone to swim</p><p>In his poison he drinks</p><p>Seems the more he does</p><p>The more he sinks</p><p>From the man he once was</p><p>But it is only a reflection</p><p>Someone for who I have much affection</p><p>This love is so thin</p><p>The light is so dim</p><p>When will he win?</p><p>When will he finally swim?</p>
