Fight or Flight?

My mind pushes above and beyond limits searching... seeking answers... I can't understand myself sometimes. I stop. I sit. I think. The feelings inside of me overwhelm and destroy... The flood begins at the tips of my toes and reaches to the crown of my head... Where do I go for help? Left? Right? Everything's spinning... Brain malfunction... Emotion explosion... Heart implosion... Decisions everywhere, mistakes lurking around every corner. who knows what to do? Fight or Flight? I can't decide
