Fight or Flight

Welcome to the Lion's Den.

Glaring eyes, harsh lights, let the terror begin.

Anchor in my chest, shortness of breath, silence fills the air.

When will it end? I feel like I'm gonna die! Shouldn't I just run and hide?

Time Out.

Take a deep breath.

Look out amongst the crowd. Seize the moment, make your family proud.

Believe in yourself despite the inner negativity,

Because, even if you fail, you succeed.
