Fight or Flight

Erratic heartbeat, short breaths, blood rushing.

Fight or flight. Do you stay or start running?

Your biggest fear, what is your phobia?

Aquaphobia, claustrophobia.

This fear taking over your life. What to do?

You just keep going and try to pull through.

Don’t run away. Come and stand here with pride.

Gather up all your courage. Please don’t hide.

Fight or flight. You just want to do the flight.

But sometimes you just have to stand up and fight.

Blood, spiders, crowds, snakes, or even drowning.

Face your fear and the result is astounding.
