Fight like your father

Fight like your father He fought so gallantly His blood flows through your veins Fight like your father You have to fight with your heart & soul You come from a proud family Some will call you a fool They will say you’re a coward Remember where you come from So don’t be afraid of what’s ahead So put up your dukes And fight like you can’t lose Because the road is rough It can be tough But you are built to endure Just remember where you come from Fight like your father Fight so gallantly Fight like your father He had a heart of twenty men His heart beats in your chest You will be knocked down Just don’t sit there and cry Don’t point your figure & blame You must stand up tall You must endure what the world cruel world throws at you So put up your dukes And fight like you can’t lose Because the road ahead is rough It will be tough But you are built to endure I’ve taught you all I know You have my burning desire So go on child and stand tall Fight like your father Fight ever so gallantly Our blood flows through your veins Fight like your father You have the heart of twenty men So fight brave and proud Fight like your father
