Fighting On

I've tried so hard to make it all work out

Just want to give up sometimes and shout

I can't stop here... not now anyway

I've come too far, and what do I have left to say?

I know they don't believe in me

I know I can make it; they will see

I have faith in myself, which is what they lack

I'll climb to the top and never go back!

No money here or there or anywhere

This instability is too much for me to bear

Came from humble roots and fighting for my dreams

I may look fine, but nothing is what it seems

The struggle is real and it gets harder each day

I don't want to live like this anymore, I say

It is up to me to make a change for the best

I will never give up, and well, you know the rest
