Figmentum

It was a fantasy in time,

but, time waits for no plans,

you had all the right qualities,

we kissed,

we laughed,

we held hands.

A never regressing feeling,

in-mind and emotionally stable,

A perceptive outlook, or

 an introverted fable.

A fantasy in time it was,

connection needed no plot,

unattainable fancies do exist,

yet, love is liable to rot.

Time in a fantasy, was it?

Love has a foreign plan,

fancies become unrelated and

shared qualities have their end’s.

The mind is the controller,

reminiscence part of a particular design,

love is a co-existence within two,

but, even

suspect selfishness splits the strongest bind.
