1 Corinthians 3:16

16 Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?

Wall to wall ... all that space

cover it with His affection.

Door to door and much more

let it flow in all directions.

Up the wall … to the ceiling

let fill it up all the way.

You can’t do with just feelings

that you have every day.

Pour it freely as God gives it

as your cup is overflowing.

Drowning there habit's fixtures.

as in your house, love is growing.

Habits can't float … being remote

leave them to the past addicted.

Just make sure as the Spirit flows

that He runs free … unrestricted.

.

No doors closed to the host

He comes in full measure.

Up into the attic … to the rooftop

He fills His house with His treasure.

Until it runs … that stream of Grace

out of the chimney into the gutters,

to the lost souls in outer space

for them to drink as satan sputters.

Hope and peace flow from “your” temple

a lovely stream … the purpose of life.

Unless your  rooms are a stagnant example

where insects breed … and death resides.
