Film, a reality or simply a dream?

Holding a camera, I gaze into the lense

What I see is a life where I create sense

For myself and others by showing them what words

Cannot express.

To change the views of audiences and reveal the raw

emotions of mankind, much like when an artist may draw

To show who they are.

More than just an artist, as a philosopher.

A photographer shows what is meant to transfer

to those that see it, but what you do not show

is sometimes more powerful than anything a person can know

or say.

The camera captivates not just a story but a glimpse in the life

of a person for just a brief slice of time.

What I see is not a dream but the hope for it to become reality

just long enough to grasp and hold on just long enough until

it becomes true.
