Fin

The worlds not ending, everything’s not falling down.

The tears from your eyes are the only things that will hit the ground

Though I still have my hopes and dreams

It’s starting to feel like my life’s being torn apart at the seams.

I look at you and your eyes have gone dark

Nothing at all like our first day in the park

But I know that once bright light is still in there

Just now it’s masked by all your hurt and fear

And I’m not quite sure of how to help you

Some how this makes me feel helpless too

With your eyes full of tears you look away

All I wish is that I would know what to say

I’m right here babe, you’re not alone

So could you maybe break that look of stone?

With this I hug you, but have to go

And leaving I just wish I could know

That tonight you’d be safe and sound

From yourself and those you’re around

Now that this has come to an end

And all I have to say is…

FIN.
