Final Words
You always said, "I love you" but how many times did you mean it?
You always said, "You are my life." Well, now Im gone, so hows your life?
You always said, "You're beautiful." How many times did you say it to me but mean it for someone else?
How many lies did you tell me?
How many times did I believe you?
You always said you would protect me. But who was supposed to protect me from you?
Protect me from your harsh words, your hateful stares.
Protect me from the hands you had once held me with but in the end pushed our destruction.
I dont hate you
I cant love you
Im still scared...but for myself and for two small helpless souls.
I dont need you
I can live without you
I just wanted to let you know
I am strong
I am determined
You failed to control me in the end
You failed to break me.
These are my final words.
