Financial Aid
Shatter me, kill all hope:
Then piece me back together-
Renewed, only to be brought
Low again and broken a new.
Murmur, murmur, murmur:
Money.
Murmur, murmur, murmur:
No money.
"Please wait," they say,
"Please pray," they urge.
I have waited; I keep praying-
And yet the truth
Shatters me daily, that
Bittersweet rhapsody.
There is no
Money; I have but
Little hope, and yet
That is something more than
The nothing I held before,
My faithful mustard seed.
