The Find

So many ways to live,

So many worlds to travel to,

Yet darkness is all I see,

Could the problem reside in me?

The thing I am looking for seems to allude my grasp,

So I feel myself falling into decay,

Can I run back to yesterday?

Yesterday is gone,

And I am slowly losing my mind,

It feels like the light is all that I have left to find.

The journey may be difficult,

But the find just might be worth it.

Can we make it that far?

So many lights in the sky,

So many words I didn't say,

Yet you are my only star,

Could this be destiny?
