Find me. Help me.

Dum

Dum-Dum

Dum

Dum-Dum

Dum

Dum-du-

A pause

A drop

A shift

It stops on its own accord

It stops for him

Him.

The name that runs across my mind

Him.

The name that flints off my lips

Him.

Like water down my parched throat

Him.

His name rolls off my tongue like a smooth melody

His presence chokes me

Cool hands wrapping around my burning throat

But not to hurt

No

To cool

To feel

To know

A lover's touch

Something he won't get from me

A feel

Chest deep in a ruined heap

A touch

A kiss

Across the barren seas

Just a touch

One touch

Will set him free

Will set me free

Help me

To fix our connection

Find me

Or I'll find you

One day

A day

This day

No

Not this this day

Just hope I'm not too late
