Find Your Light

It was hard to see the ground right in front of me,

I wandered through the dark, no light was around.

I tried to be what people wanted me to be,

I wound up spinning, ' round and 'round,

Suddenly, with no warning, I had to try and see

Through the insidious darkness, and my future is what I found.

Though the darkness still tries to get at my mind,

My future's light shines so very bright.

When the darkness clears you'll be surprised what you'd find,

All you'll need to do is to find your light.
