Finding My Way

Finding my way

A rustle in the trees

Sunlight in the breeze

Speaks of mysteries I hardly know

That I would understand if I weren’t so slow

A smile

A kiss

A hand wrapped around my wrist

Encouragement to go for what I know I know

The whirlwind of the storm

Questions yet to be born

Mysteries at the heart

I hardly know where to start

Up! You dreamy brainiac

Up! You mellow maniac

Up into the sky we go

We’ll find our way in nature’s flow
