Finding a Voice

Someone once told me,

That if I wrote down everything that comes to mind,

That it would be gospel to some

And a threat to others.

Words are power and thoughts are key.

Then what is voice?

Does it matter how loud you are?

Or how often you speak up in a crowd?

What if people wont listen?

What if thoughts never become words,

Is there no power to them?

I have decided to explore my thoughts,

And make them words.

In hopes that I can inspire the ones without a voice.

I will make thoughts open doors

And make words powerful.
