Fine

Emotions are strong
My hatred towards them is stronger
Why share how I feel
When I can keep it all in

I dread the question "what's wrong?"
How do I respond
I do not understand my own feelings
Yet others wish to know

The easiest response is "nothing, I'm fine"
Fine is such a diverse word
It has a million definitions
I'm sad, I'm happy, I'm angry; I'm fine
