Fire

Fire fire, dances in the streets Fire fire, with mighty swift feet Fire fire, burns to ashes And the ashes, swept away by rain. The world slows as fire consumes The world slows as destruction reins The world slows at the sight And in their eyes, secret pleasure lies. Damage damage by the fire Damage by the ash Damage by the hate Fueling the burning flame. So you say, so you speak, but you do not know What fire licks at the feet What fire takes from the heart What little fire leaves behind the eyes.
