Fire in my Lungs

The flow of adrenaline in my veins Reaching peaks inside my head As my sanity begins to strain Love is the electricity that I shed, Breeze that keeps me afloat And sails that are to never be furled with exploration that I dote Love is the adventure in my world, Smoke traveling with my breath Intoxication in the rest Leading me to my death Love is this at its best, You are the tears that run me dry While love is the hymn that I sung You are the lie that I glorify And love is the fire in my lungs.
