FIRE WITHIN
There is a light beneath the ribs,
A pulse that hums beyond the skin—
It doesn’t shout, it doesn’t beg,
Yet it moves the world from deep within.
It’s the spark before the sunrise,
The breath before the storm,
The whisper saying “keep going,”
When everything feels torn.
You cannot see it,
But you can feel it
In the way your soul refuses
To lie still when called to rise.
It’s older than your failures,
Wiser than your fear,
A current that remembers
Why you’re still here.
Some call it spirit,
Some call it will,
Some call it love,
I call it stillness turned electric—
The quiet power that rebuilds.
It flows when you create,
When you forgive,
When you dream despite the dark—
It’s the rhythm of your purpose
Tapping softly at your heart.
Feed it not with praise,
But with truth.
Feed it not with noise,
But with peace.
Let it breathe through patience,
And it will roar through possibility.
Even when the world
Turns its back on your light,
Remember—
You are not waiting to be lit.
You are the flame.
So rise,
Again and again,
Until your very being
Becomes a sunrise—
Proof that energy
Is not lost,
Only transformed
Into strength.
