Fireflies

When she flies.

When she lights up.

Heart soaring,

people bright,

this is the feeling of flight.

I cannot explain much,

there is no explanation,

but I can tell you that it is not a creation.

Flight is your heart,

your life,

your happiness,

soaring high.

When the person lights up your life,

when they fly,

you soar high.

They light up in the darkness,

flashing to let you know

they will not go.

They fly around your life in the dark times,

lifting you up,

helping you sometimes.

Just like fireflies.
