Firework

A flicker in the night,
As we laugh and have fun,
you work yourself to death.
Embers burning away,
red hot and crackling in the moonlight.
Flames contained for now,
but can be wild and destructive.
Fiery and passionate.
An instrument for celebration,
cause baby you're a firework.
