The First

I love you because you were the first.

You showed me the ropes of love,

you quenched my thirst.

You fit like a glove.

Because I love you, I'll ease your strongest woes.

Because I love you, our hearts will always stay warm.

Because I love you, our love grows and grows.

Because I love you, I will protect you from the storm.

Our love is forever and infinite,

because I love you.
