First Day

The first day is the initial shock

waking up with butterflies in your belly

wondering where to hang out

where to go

who to talk to and sit with

hoping tomorrow will go smoother

sweating because of nerves

sitting on a bench taking it all in

loving every minute

but dreading the moment when you realize

it will be hard, and you will have to work at it

hoping you might get some

good luck in your lifetime

The first day of college is here

take a deep breath and

relax

or atleast try :)
