First Feeling

When I met you

It was a summer day

You were crying

And I was staring.

You saw me

Stood

And

Left.

Then

Came back

Smiled

And waved.

When I saw you again

It was a white snow day

You were laughing

And I was staring.

You saw me

And

Walked

Over.

Then

Smiled

And asked

To be friends.

The last time

I saw you

You were

Angry.

At me

Who didn't

Laugh

Or cry.

So you

Ran

You

Left.

I followed

Through

The trees

Hidden and hurt.

I saw

You

Red and broken

On the ground.

And I ran

To you

Who smiled

And touched my wet face
