The First Sonnet

You pull me closer into you

And lean in for a kiss

I don't know what else to do

But to find a place of bliss

I hear all of your 'I love you's

As I look into your eyes

I see a million little clues

      And a thousand little lies.

What's happening inside my head

I haven't got a clue

Why do I wish that I was dead

When I'm so close to you

And at this moment is when I see

That it's your love that's killing me
