First Words
It first began with
A realization that
Writing would become
A big part of me that embodied
My heart, mind, and soul
Through the thick subjects
The one that created the most thrilling connection
With me was the one that created an outlet of expression
That expresses life itself
Even though I often
Struggle with the meaning
Of poetry like
A traveler struggling to
Find his way around a
New world, I never
Gave in and succumbed to
Forever hopelessness
I sought and still seek
What the meaning of this
Victorian aged, intricate and
Abstract art is.
That is the fuel, strive,
And the sole reason for my writing
Something wrong with this poem?
