gasping, choking, crying thinking to myself this is the sacrifice i have to do to be what society wants me to be this disgusting ,acid taste crawling up my esphogus burning, itching, gagging thinking again is it all worth it? the puke then comes rushing out of my mouth the unbearable coughing ,trying to grasp for air realized ,that doing this to my body isnt the best way to lose weight. it hurt, too much and i didnt feel any different it was the first and last time i stuck my finger down my throat.
