Fish / Abu Karim

All dead fish are carried away by current,

but in jumping above water live ones are frequent;

they spread their tails in air and enjoy somersault.

Every Government has shoals of dead fish around

as by the shaking of tails of the live ones

they feel scared and spellbound.
