The Five-Paragraph Curse

Trapped in a structure, bound so tight,

A fixed frame, an empty fight.

Intro first, then three aligned,

A forceful conclusion ties the needle.

Where is thought allowed to wander?

Where do natural ideas call home?

What if shade, ample and great,

Unable to tame in rules we keep?

Routine, flat, narrow, and blind

Leaving deeper truths behind.

One-size-fits-all, still none fit well,

An assembled pen, a smothered spell.

Oh, shatter the cast, let ideas soar,

Let them leap, let them try!

For thought’s not formed in sequences,

But in freedom of unchained minds.
