Five Second Heartbreak

A five second heartbreak Has taken me to the five levels of hell The first second to the drop of LA’s Grand Canyon The second to the icy depths of the Arctic’s ocean The third to the electric zing of a lightning bolt meant for you The fourth to the bottomless pit of the universe The fifth back to you and your cold, unloving gaze A five second heartbreak Has taken me to the five levels of hell
