Flames

As the Earth comes up in flames, with flares all around

my mind falls into a black abyss and my eyes open

I look down at what used to be a rose, as it burns up in flames

I look back at the Earth with a sad frown, my home is now gone

As the people start riots in the city, the city burns up in flames

When everything calms, i look up into the heavens and take my last breath

Everything stops and my mind is cleared, i walk into the light and never look back

When the Earth comes up in flames, i'll be ready
