The Flavor of Freedom

When it's hard to smile

And the world weighs you down

Lift your drooping head a while

Take a look around.

There's beauty in God's sunshine

Freedom in the breeze

Sweet aromas from the flower vine

To set your mind at ease.

See the children laughing

Let go of any cares

It's time to stop the worrying

No need for more gray hairs!

Let your joy light up the room

Allow your heart to smile

Negativity will build a tomb

But happiness a great lifestyle.

Raise your eyes to Heaven

Throw off the world's cares

Perhaps the life that's just begun

Will help another to find theirs.
