The Flawed nature of flawless

We all have a vision of beauty, but in that beauty we see the flaw.

That fatal flaw which blinds you from being who you want to be, from cherishing that moment of

success and glee-  oh flawlessness.

The term so misconstrued that has people singing the blues - about what they will or won't be

-because- they can't see the beauty in being flawed;

They don't view that Flawless, is flawed too.

So many times I have looked in the mirror, to talk myself into the lifestyle everyone thinks you

need, the things you should say and do, so you could be considered flawless too.

But oh what a tangled web we weave when we deceive ourselves with these lies,

That who we are is what we are trying to hide- but you see; the complexity of all the curves, all the

scars, all the lumps and bumps of what god intended you to be.

Flawless should be the goal, to love what god intended for me.

Being Flawless isn't just about the looks; it's about the hooks and looks, crooks and the books,

it's about the time we take to figure out and see, all the glory we can be.

The glory of being flawless comes with a price: The beauty in recognizing that being flawed is all

right.
