Flawed System

I wake to start a busy day of school.
Today I plan to learn all that I can,
but learning all I can is not enough.
Wondering once again how to focus.
Again, I am here with no strategy.
What is the pathagrean theorem,
what is condensation and why does it matter?
I woke this morning to start a busy day.
Today I planned to learn all that I could.
My thoughts shifted to learning what I should.
I woke at 7am and "learned" til 5pm.
The classes are too short I find - and wow;
why must I split my time on chemistry.
But isn't math more important for me?
Time is running short and I wanna pass,
but I still have an assignment for typing class.
I'd really like to learn this foreign language,
will I be fluent in 4 semesters?
I'm starting to think I'm wasting time here.
I'm wondering if there is enough time,
can I catch up on my math work today?
I'd like to try but, wow, I'm running late!
I have to get to this PE class.
I'm starting to think the schedule's too thick
Perhaps the education system is flawed.
Or perhaps the day is flawed, short of hours.
