Flawless Flaws

Location

I don't wear make-up.

Yes, I'm a girl.

But I don't wear make-up.

It's not that absurd.

The powder is itchy.

Mascara's a pain.

Eyeliner is nasty.

Lipstick leaves a stain.

I've got nothing against make-up.

Except that it's hard.

I'm not lazy

Or perfect.

Just flawed.

And I like my flaws.

All. All.

They're what makes me me.

My pimple near my nose.

My scar on my cheek.

My acne scars on my forehead

were there since I was three.

I don't wear make up

because I like my flaws.

They're a part of me.
