Fleeting

If love is fleeting what is the purpose what is the meaning an adventure i suppose to sail its salty seas weather its harsh storm to answer its pleas and struggle to conform and only to repair its sails in battering winds. through all its ails never it rescinds. is it luck to get lost, or can it be fate? can a coin be tossed? is one side hate? what an endeavor some will search to find that treasure their heart, its perch. alas to find contentment it is but a journey but to hold no resentment that is the purpose, surely.
