Fleeting thoughts


I'm starting to wonder if I should continue to blindly chase this path anymore, as every day is starting to feel like a chore and my chest is sore.

Yet, I'm too fearful of the thought that by letting go of these feelings, I'd inadvertently be letting go of my humanity as a whole; afraid of succumbing to the numbness.
