Flesh's chosen blindness

Flesh’s chosen blindness

1st Peter 3:4 address to adorning the outward.

“Rather let it be the hidden person of the heart

with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit,

which is very precious in the sight of God”.

“The hidden person of the heart”... it sounds so secretive?

Do I know this person ... do I communicate with him?

Why is he hidden daily ... from me and not from others?

Who can see him alive and even at times appreciate him.

Incorruptible beauty ... and that is part of me?

I don’t even know it ... Oh brother! Ain’t I smart?

God gave me that Spirit ... to reach out for perfection

and I don’t even know Him ... as I live my “appointed” part.
