Flick, Flick, Flick
With the flick of a brush,
a world is instantly painted onto the blank canvas
Eyes, eyes, eyes looking onto the the painting
One set of blue eyes sees anger, pain, and frustration
One set of brown eyes sees passion, love, and care
The strokes of red fill the canvas while the strokes of
pink scatter throughout with hints of orange peeping throughout
Paintings transform into words
Words into stories
The brushes of red, pink, and orange tell a story
Stories power our lives in the way electricity powers a lightbulb
They help us see the good, bad, and ugly of life
